Absolutely! By default, Interactive Brokers, DeGiro, and eToro are supported - you only need to follow the export guidelines to export and import your data. If your broker is not supported, you can still import a CSV file. Check out our help center for assistance.
OnePortfolio implements comprehensive security measures to protect your data. Our infrastructure runs in a highly secure environment with multiple layers of protection, including encryption at rest and in transit. Importantly, we do not store sensitive credentials such as broker usernames or passwords. Any data you share with us is protected by high level industry-standard security protocols.
When you upload a broker account statement, OnePortfolio processes the data through our secure transformation pipeline, converting it into our standardized format for portfolio analysis. After successful processing and validation, the original statement file is permanently deleted from our servers. This ensures that no sensitive broker documents are stored longer than necessary. Only the processed, standardized data remains in your portfolio for analysis and tracking purposes.
Small discrepancies between OnePortfolio's displayed values and your broker's statements can occur for several legitimate reasons:
1. Exchange Rates: Different financial institutions may use slightly different exchange rates or timing for currency conversions.
2. Calculation Methods: Variations in how different platforms calculate certain metrics (e.g., return percentages or cost basis).
3. Data Timing: Market data updates and end-of-day calculations might occur at different times.
While these minor differences are normal, we encourage you to contact our support team if you notice any significant discrepancies. We're always happy to investigate and ensure the accuracy of your portfolio data.
